A lot of love goes into the design of each My Family planner, so we want you to love them as much as we do. Whilst we are unable to offer refunds on your purchase, should you have any concerns with your order please email us at hello@myfamilyplanner.com.au and we will sort this out for you.
Shipping on Returns + Exchanges
We are happy to exchange any items received back within 14 days in original saleable condition.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged when being sent back to us and we recommend trackable shipping and keeping a copy of the tracking number.
