CURRENT INFO REGARDING NDIS

From October 2024, participants are only able to use their NDIS
funds for items listed as approved supports.

Before placing an order, it is your responsibility to check if the
products are allowed under your plan. Please chat to your support coordinator or plan manager if you're unsure. You can find further information about NDIS approved supports on the NDIS Website.

Please note that we ARE able to provide invoices for NDIS plans that are plan or self-managed. Just drop us an e-mail to hello@myfamilyplanner.com.au for help!

As we aren't a registered provider, this means we aren't able to provide
invoices for NDIA managed plans at this time.

You may be eligible to purchase our products using your funding if your plan is self-managed.

    If you self-manage your NDIS plan, you can choose to purchase these products using your consumables budget. If you drop us an e-mail, we'll be able to provide you with an invoice. It is your responsibility to ensure you are eligible to purchase our products using your funding.
